We collect personally identifiable information including name, email, communications, health concern and related history of the problem, comments, feedback, reviews, and personal profile.

As part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email.
Why do we collect personal information?
As a Health Practitioner we collect your data for the sole purpose of assessing and understanding your Health and accordingly determining the most effective treatment for you. We do not share your data with any third parties, (apart from the online tools listed below), with the exception of where there is compelling evidence to do so by a legal or statutory authority or in the interests of Public Health.
Where is your personal information stored and how secure is it?
Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
How do we communicate with site visitors?
We communicate through phone calls, Whatsapp, Skype, Zoom or email.

We also use Skype or Zoom to conduct online consultations, we do not record our consultations unless we have obtained the permission of the Client involved, therefore we do not store any recordings. The only record we hold is the handwritten notes of the consultation which are stored in our Clients case notes in a locked filing cabinet within our office. Our business email is currently hosted by Google G-Suite. Our Clients use this email account to communicate with us.

We take notes during the consultation in person, on line or by telephone for the purposes of record so that we can refer to your notes to clarify details, monitor progress and to have a complete record of every aspect of your health. This is how Homeopathic remedies are prescribed and having this data is a necessary part.
Your case file is kept in a locked filing cabinet in the Clinic room.
We do not record consultations even online without your express permission. We may ask to take a photo for particular complaints in order to monitor changes, for example : skin disorders. These photos will be stored in the office laptop in a password protected file or deleted, whichever you request.
